«WebBank» complex: «Online Applications» system

This system is used for prompt and comprehensive servicing of bank's customers.

It is an extension of CBS for active mass retail crediting.

This system works in conjunction with "Customer Questionnaire" system and facilitates work of bank's front office operators. If customer turns to bank for some product (templates of which are prepared in contract system of CBS) front-office specialist selects certain product template in the system according to conditions set by customer - amount, period, interest rate. If there are several options for this product this specialist may use loan calculator (available in this system) to provide customer with payment schedule and other necessary calculations and select certain option of product on the basis of customer's decision. Then this specialist works with "Customer Questionnaire" system because bank needs to identify customer, enter customer data to the system, synchronize data in CBS and etc. Then operator creates an application for selected product. Further actions depend on technological scheme of bank, for example, this may include examination and approval by legal service, security service and credit committee. After examination of application by all services of bank status of application changes to "processed" and CBS automatically creates appropriate contract. Front-office specialist prints the contract and gives it to customer for signing. After signing status of contract shall be changed to "active". This change will initiate generation of transactions, transfer of funds to a card or to an account of seller of household appliances or car dealer and etc.

Advantages of this system are: simple organization of workplace (it is an advantage of all systems of "WebBank" project), "thin client", access to centralized database of applications and personal data from any subdivision of bank. Other advantages are automated submission of documents for examination by different bank services, excluding printing and sending of packages of customer documents because customer data (stored in "Customer Questionnaire" system) may be accessed only by users with appropriate access rights. Separation of rights to access applications provides for security of decision taking and approval of documents. Officer of legal service of bank may view and manage only those applications that have not been approved by this officer. Also the system includes different reports and printing forms.
