"Customer Questionnaire" system continues the range of products based on web–technologies and "thin client" architecture the first of which was "Credit Bureau" system used for information exchange with the First Credit Bureau and the International Credit Bureau.
This system is intended first of all for organization of work with clients of bank, as long as "client" is the key concept of banking.
The systems provides for storage of all information about client necessary for complete identification of client and understanding of client's business, sources of income and other details for detection of potential threat sources.
The system identifies clients, creates a centralized storage of information about all clients, their contractors, relatives, financial position, shareholders and other information and allows to consolidate particulars of clients in this data storage.
Being a centralized storage of information about clients the system provides for synchronization of this data with all CBSs installed at branches if organization has branch network. This reduces operational risks of situations when different branches provide services to one client and enter different particulars due to change of source documents or due to input error.
The system stores the history of modification of client details that allows to find out who, when and why changed client details. It is rather useful, especially if these details are used for reporting and determination if reidentification of client shall be performed.
The system stores not only text and numeric values but also graphics - source documents of client in graphic form, specimen of signatures, photographs. This allows to use the questionnaire as a personal file of customer and to provide services to this customer at any point of presence of bank (not only at the point which stores the file).
The system controls input of customer details by quantity (flexible configuration of list of available data depending on type of product) and by content (only values from reference table may be entered).
As a rule banks face with a problem of reentering of data about customers to different banking systems such as: CBS (customers), card systems (customers), personnel department (employees - customers of bank), other systems in which information about natural and legal persons is entered. Customer Questionnaire allows to use uniform interface working with customer and enables interaction of this system with any other systems of bank that have open interfaces for addition and editing of customers.
The system has extensive capabilities for search for customers in database. It is possible to create and save own search conditions (filters).
The system allows to create different forms of reports: from printed forms of customer questionnaire to reports about duplication of customers and necessity of reidentification of customers.
Access control on the level of users, groups and customer particulars, control of password length, its lifetime and repeatability, grouping of customers, setting of required fields, limitation of visibility of customer data provide for security and structuredness of system.
The system is based on web–technologies and this gives it a range of advantages in comparison with similar systems:
