CBS SCROOGE: ScroogeSWIFT system

Scrooge SWIFT system is designed for automation of operations with the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT).

This system allows to automate generation and processing of incoming and outgoing SWIFT messages to bank, branches and bank's customers.

The system allows to create messages of any type. One of the features of this system is a technique of creation of financial SWIFT messages on the basis of orders.

There are applications that receive, display and process incoming SWIFT messages (sort statements of accounts, associate documents with financial messages).

Scrooge SWIFT system supports multidivisional structure of bank. The system allows to receive orders from Client-Bank.

Scrooge SWIFT generates the following reports:

1. Register of outstanding transactions;
2. Incoming message log;
3. Outgoing message log;
4. Log of outgoing messages for branches;
5. Uncleared balances.

Key features of the system:

1. Verification of BIC-codes indicated in order using reference information;
2. Verification of control digit of IBAN;
3. Verification of keys of accounts of the RF;
4. Verification of EDRPOU of resident ising 98 file;
5. Search for particulars of terrorists based on particulars of order;
6. Verification of balance of debit account indicated in order;
7. Automatic calculation of commission;
8. Maintenance of reference list of bank identification codes (BIC) in SWIFT:
   • quarterly downloading of reference list from SWIFT compact disk;
   • modification of reference list during the quarter on receipt of appropriate notifications from SWIFT;
   • setting of attributes.
9. Using of reference lists of BLZ-codes, FED-codes, Russian banks;
10. Successive phases of approval for creation of financial messages by subdivisions of bank (from the moment of creation till the moment of sending);

29. Keeping of reference tables of Nostro and Loro correspondents. Filling of all necessary details: BIC, nostro account, account with correspondent bank, currency, LORO/NOSTRO attribute;
30. Work with Turboswift and Swift Alliance systems through exchange of messages in the form of files in DOS_PCC and RJE format;
31. Automatic receipt of messages received and sent to SWIFT ACK network from SWIFT Alliance Access and NACK to messages with attached messages in DOS-PCC format;
32. Configurable security system on the level of applications and on the level of database;
33. Possibility to use signing system for orders and SWIFT-messages.
