CBS SCROOGE: Currency control
"Currency Control" subsystem is designed for accounting of foreign economic transactions of bank customers and allows to control movements of currency values across the customs border of Ukraine. This subsystem may be used for management of cargo customs declarations and contracts of clients. It allows to set and control terms of delivery of material and currency values to Ukraine that do not exceed the term set forth by the law (now it is 180 days).
The system supports the following types of reports:
- Register of export and import operations of customers of bank.
- Register of violators of export and import regulations.
- Report about customers having N days before violation of terms set forth by the law.
- Report about customers who opened and closed operations during current month.
- Report about customers who changed the amount of debt for import or export.
Key features of the system:
- Possibility to download electronic register of cargo customs declarations and view it.
- Possibility to distribute cargo customs declarations automatically or link them to customer and contract manually.
- Addition of foreign economic contracts for customers of bank.
- Control of fulfillment of obligations of customer of bank (Operations and discharges).
- Download of 98 file.
- Reporting.
