"Securities" system is based on the contract system "Scrooge", uses its ideology and architecture. All internal accounting is performed by mechanizms of the contract system "Scrooge" using contract templates and that allows for flexible configuration of internal accounting of securities transactions.
This system is designed for processing of a range of operations for transfer of currency. It provides for automation of the whole process: generation of requests (client, branch, bank); request control; accounting treatment of incoming and outgoing SWIFT-messages; work with reference lists of BIC-codes and correspondent banks; unloading and uploading of SWIFT-messages to the system.
This system is used for performance of a range of exchange operations with cashless foreign currency. It provides for automation of the whole process: generation of orders (client, branch, bank); generation of consolidated orders; conduction of trading sessions, including internal trading session and auto bidding; creation of net positions for external trade sessions; management of tickets; generation of reports; settlement of orders; possibility of information exchange with UkrDeal, Reuters, Reuters Sputnik systems.
This system is designed for creation of the list of contractors, contracts and cargo customs declarations; selection of documents for control; configuration of import/export of data; performance of discharge and distribution; creation of appropriate printing forms, internal reports and reports to tax authorities and the NBU.
"Cash and Billing" (C&Bill) system is designed for automation of acceptance of payments from individuals to legal entities without opening of account, noncommercial operations with foreign exchange cash (purchase, sale, conversion of foreign exchange cash, immediate encashment) and purchase/sale of bank metals.
"Internal Accounting" complex is designed for automation of keeping of personnel records, payroll accounting, asset accounting (financial and fiscal accounting), accounting for receivables, fuel and lubricants, inventory, business trips and warranties and generation of necessary statements for each module of the complex.
SCOnline program is designed for on-line operations with the Immediate Payment System of the NBU (SSP NBU). This program is a client of SSP and performs receipt and transfer of all currently used types of packages through TCP/IP protocol.
BPC SCROOGE is a universal system. Its functionality is similar to that of electronic payment system SCROOGE. But BPC is a separate subsystem. It is intended for maintenance of different models of correspondent account in banks with developed branch structure and shall be used at head office. BPC performs interaction with branches and with regional clearing house - through ARM-3 (Workstation-3).
Consolidated Database (CBD) product is designed first of all for consolidation of data received from CBSs of branches of multidivisional bank. The architecture of this product allows to use it as a separate database for preparation of analytical reporting.
