Since August of 2008 «Lime Systems» has begun cooperation with JSB "DiamantBank" on granting of enough demanded service of databases' support – DB Management on the basis of MOM-server Microsoft.
Within the limits of this service employees of the company carry out constant monitoring of work of bank server group which serves ABS SCROOGE and other applied program complexes of the company.
The Purpose of such monitoring is, first of all, the prevention and operative reaction as for non-standard work of a server as a whole or SMDB in particular, and the analysis and development of complex recommendations to bank. The made recommendations carry also whole system character and cover wide area of work of servers – from hardware and system, to program.
Monitoring is spent by the certificated experts of the company who have proved as high experts in the field. During support of our server group, the given help of the company appeared necessary and timely that has allowed to make in time the correct decision which absence could affect negatively the further work of bank.
